S&OP Planner

Working as a S&OP Planner?

You are responsible for the Supply planning on part of the portfolio, as well as analysing the Sales forecasts of the customers. Do you like working into a international company?

Your key activities

• Supply planning: in charge of the replenishment of part of the portfolio. Monitors and where necessary proposes adjustments to safety stock levels. Evaluate the performance of our factories and lead business meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
• Demand Planning: Lead meetings with Sales to review the demand according to trends and Supply Planning complexity; Identify major gaps and risks for the business;
• Reports on actual and historical performance. Reports on the outlook of performance and signals gaps in performance. Proposes initiatives to drive the performance to the target; Fuels the organization with demand analytics and scenario planning;
• Project management: seek for optimization of processes, automation and dashboards to support the business;
• Managing the database by coordinating between stakeholders and within the team.

• A contract for 40 hours per week;
• Salary between € 3.500 - € 4.000 per month;

What we're looking for

• Proficient Excel Skills: Meticulous attention to structure and precision;
• Experience: Good knowledge and understanding of Sales and Operational Planning;
• Process Enhancement: Apply critical thinking to refine current procedures;
• Drive & Motivation: The determination to succeed in a multinational environment;
• Fluency in English: Outstanding command of the English language, both in writing and speaking;
• Living and be eligible to work in The Netherlands.
